My work now sits across three core areas: brand photography, micro weddings and portrait photography. What links them all is people. Real people, real stories, real moments. Whether I’m creating a suite of brand images for a business owner, documenting an intimate wedding day, or photographing a portrait for someone who “doesn’t like having their photo taken”, my approach is always the same: relaxed, natural and grounded in connection.
I’ve been photographing professionally since 2011 and over the years I’ve captured hundreds of weddings and portraits, alongside a growing body of brand and commercial work. My style is documentary-led and unfussy. I’m less interested in stiff posing and more interested in creating images that feel like you on a good day. The kind of photographs that feel honest, warm and timeless rather than overly styled or forced. I’m an Associate member of the British Photographic Society and fully insured, so you’re in safe hands.
In recent years, my work has naturally evolved. Post-COVID, I saw a real shift in how people approach both weddings and business visibility. Couples began choosing smaller, more meaningful celebrations. Business owners began rethinking how they show up online, realising that good brand photography is not a luxury but a core part of their marketing. I love both of these shifts. They move away from “doing things because you should” and towards doing things in a way that feels intentional, personal and aligned.
That’s why I now specialise in micro and mini weddings, capturing intimate celebrations that prioritise connection over spectacle. And why I focus so strongly on brand photography for small businesses, creatives and service-based professionals who want images that genuinely reflect who they are and what they do. Alongside this, my portrait work supports people who want to feel more comfortable being seen, whether that’s for personal reasons, professional profiles or simply marking a moment in their life.
I also bring a mindset-led approach into my photography. Being in front of the camera can stir up all sorts of inner noise: comparison, self-doubt, feeling “not ready” or “not good enough”. I create a calm, supportive environment that helps people relax into being photographed, rather than feeling like they have to perform. Because photography isn’t just about images. It’s about confidence, visibility and permission to take up space.
If you’re looking for brand photography that works across your marketing, a photographer for your intimate wedding in Sussex, Surrey or Hampshire, or portraits that feel like you rather than a version you’re trying to perform, I’d love to hear from you.
Let’s create something that feels real, aligned and – of course – flaming gorgeous.
